Acceptance

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the developer of UniverChat (Duc Hoan Nguyen, based in Vietnam). You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

What UniverChat does

UniverChat is an AI assistant. It sends the content you submit to third-party AI services (Google Gemini and Wolfram|Alpha) to generate responses, and asks your consent before you use AI features. See our Privacy Policy for what is shared and with whom.

AI-generated content

• Answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important information — especially homework, academic, medical, legal, or financial content — before relying on it.
• You are responsible for how you use AI output, including complying with your school's or institution's academic-integrity rules.
• Do not submit other people's private or confidential information without permission.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly). Exact prices are shown in the App and vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by them under their policies (apple.com/legal/itunes or support.google.com/googleplay). We cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the App for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing on others' rights.
• Do not attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, self-harm, or hate.
• Do not reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the App or its AI providers.
• Do not use the App to create spam, malware, or deceptive content.

Disclaimer

The App and AI output are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, except where your local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights.
