I bought Premium but it isn't active.
Open the App, go to Setting → Account, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. If it still doesn't work, email us your receipt and we'll fix it within 24 hours. -
The AI is slow or returns an error.
AI features need an internet connection. Check your network and try again. If a specific request keeps failing, it may be temporarily rate-limited — wait a moment and retry, or email us. -
Image, PDF, or Website AI is locked.
Those three are Premium features. Tap the prompt to see Premium options, or open Setting to subscribe. Assistant, Homework, and Calendar AI are always free. -
How do I change the app language?
UniverChat follows your device language and currently supports English, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. -
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Visit apple.com/legal/itunes or support.google.com/googleplay to request one. -
How do I delete my account and all data?
In the App: Setting → Account → Delete Account. See the Delete Account page for the full process and an email option.
